SKRILLEX TO DROP HIGHLY ANTICIPATED NEXT RELEASE IN TOMORROW

Skrillex, recently nominated for 5 Grammys and anointed MTV’s EDM Artist of The Year after his ubiquitous single “Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites” was certified gold earlier this month, is releasing his feverishly anticipated Bangarang EP on OWSLA/Big Beat/Atlantic December 23rd via Beatport. The release will be commercially available on iTunes and all other digital retailers shortly thereafter. Bangarang features collaborations with The Doors, Ellie Goulding, Wolfgang Gartner, 12th Planet, Kill The Noise, and Sirah and demonstrates considerable growth in terms of production style and diversity.

Skrillex will be releasing the Tony Truant-directed official video for “Ruff Neck (Full Flex)” off of his last EP, More Monsters and Sprites, on December 24th. The last official clip, also directed by Tony Truant, for “First Of The Year (Equinox)” has racked up over twenty million views since its release in August.

He’s also announced two bi-coastal, multi-venue takeovers of Los Angeles and New York in January and February respectively. Each show will boast a different lineup at a different venue each night and many will feature performances from special guests such as Diplo, Spank Rock, AraabMUZIK, Dada Life, KOAN Sound, Alvin Risk, Nadastrom, Skream & Benga, Zane Lowe, Zedd, 12th Planet and many more.

NEON INDIAN: Brand new album announced

Neon Indian is back with his second full-length offering ‘Era Extraña’, to be released on October 10th through Transgressive Records.

A special one-off London date has also been announced for Tuesday August 9th at Islington’s Electrowerkz venue. NPR exclusively revealed new track ‘Polish Girl’’ which you can hear by going to the Neon Indian Facebook page and clicking ‘Like’:

BEADY EYE TO RELEASE CANADIAN DEBUT

Fans have been eagerly anticipating new music from Beady Eye (Liam Gallagher, Gem Archer, Andy Bell and Chris Sharrock). The wait will be over for Canadian audiences when Beady Eye Records / MapleMusic Recordings releases the debut album from BEADY EYE on March 1^st . Different Gear, Still Speeding features 13 brand new songs written by the band and recorded at RAK Studios in London last fall with GRAMMY Award-winning producer Steve Lillywhite (U2, Dave Matthews Band, The Smiths).

Released in the U.S. on Dangerbird Records, Different Gear, Still Speeding will be released outside of North America on the band’s own Beady Eye Records, and boasts “The Roller” as its first official single.
