By this time, we all know Max Bemis is mad at the world. Well, Say Anything’s 7th studio album, Say Anything, isn’t as much of a “FUCK YOU WORLD” as it is a reawakening. Bemis seems to have a smoked piece pipe with the world:

Max Bemis and Chris Conley’s side-project Two Tongues has the complete debut album streaming now on their MySpace. Their self-titled CD is set for release on February 3rd, 2009 via Vagrant Records.
