This morning marked the release of The Get Up Kids’ fifth full-length album and first release on their own label, Quality Hill Records. The album, There Are Rules, features long time producer Ed Rose seated in his rightful place behind the mixing board and Bob Weston (Four Minute Mile) taking over the mastering process.

The band celebrates the release of the EP, in stores on April 20th, with an acoustic CD release show for Tallahassee, FL fans on 4/16. The band kicks off their U.S. and Canadian tour with A Day To Remember, August Burns Red, Silverstein and Enter Shikari in Chicago, IL on 4/19.
