R.E.M. announced today that after 31 years together, the band is finally calling it quits. The band had this to say on their website, “We walk away with a great sense of gratitude, of finality, and of astonishment at all we have accomplished.”
Over the course of their career, they released 15 albums including their final album Collapse Into Now which was released in March of this year.
