I think the track that is titled “The Ghost of You” is called “Dear Death Pt. 2″ on the full release. There is a line in it that says “Take off our shoes and dance with the ghost of you”.

So the more raw sounding screaming at the opening of cut throat collapse is no toby, that would be Josh. Toby's scream is higher and definately sounds better deveolped where josh's scream is almost a low yell.

just thought I'd clear that up.
